TA002 : Art and Architecture in Chiangmai – Half Day

Tour Itinerrary :  Depart from the hotel to visit the northern Thai style temple Wat Pra Singha builded by King pha yoo in (A.D.1345) the wihan lai kam revered prasingh Buddha image and classic northern Thai lanna style. Then proceed to Wat Chedi Luang builded by King seang muangna (A.D.1411) the name means monastery of the great stupa is the largest and venerable lanna style in Chiang Mai, which was unfortunately destroyed by an earth quake. Continue to visit Wat Chiangman builded by King Mangrai (A.D.1297) oldest temple in Chiang Mai city have two important Buddha image “Prasetang Kamanee” a cystal stone “Pra Sila” a mable stone. chiang-man means security and stability. Then proceed to visit Chiang mai China Town and the local fresh food market to experience the northern Thai way of life.
