TA008 : Elephant At Work “Mae Sa” 1 Day

Overview :  In the lush tropical jungle of Chiang Mai's Maesa Valley , a big family of elephants lives side by side with their mahout caretakers. "Maesa Elephant Camp" is home to one of the largest assembly of elephants in the north of Thailand . Our philosophy is to create a natural and healthy environment for the elephants while working to conserve and breed them,due to the dwindling number of Asian elephants left in the wild.
Guiness World Record Maesa Elephant Camp created a painting by a group of th eight artist elephants which became of interest on the world stage when the Ripley's Believe It Or Not and the Guinness World Records acknowledged this special painting as "the Largest Painting by a Group of Elephant" and " the Most Expensive Painting by A Group of Elephant" respectively.
Elephant Health Care As a poor care will lead to poor health, the camp kamkes sure only the best and most sanitary nutrition and treatment are provided to all elephant in order to make them stay mentally and physically vigorous.
And also we invite you to join us at the Chiang Mai Monkey Centre in the beautiful Mae Rim Valley. To begin your visit you can stroll around and meet some of Thailand's more exotic residents indluding a large number of highly intelligent macaques. If you wish, you can ask one of our friendly staff to let you hold or feed them for moments that make great photo and then run to visit monkey& snake shows, orchid & butterfly farms.
